Shipping and Return Policy

We proudly ship nationwide within the United States, ensuring your pet’s crate and/or treats/chews are conveniently delivered wherever you are. Orders are processed during regular business hours, and please allow up to 2 business days for dispatch. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to monitor its delivery.  Delivery times vary depending on your location and order size, typically ranging from 3-7 business days from dispatch.

At Rock Solid Crates, we stand behind the quality and comfort of our products. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item(s) within 15 days of receiving your order. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Return or Exchange Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all tags and documentation: no dings, dents, or scratches. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned crate, we issue a full refund or exchange promptly. Please ensure items are securely packaged to prevent damage during return transit. Returns will not be accepted for used or improperly packaged items. For damaged or defective items, please notify us immediately for a replacement at no additional cost.
